A continuous experimental activity carried out by the laboratory technicians, often in collaboration with Italian and foreign Superintendencies. How to use it?
It mixes with natural aggregates generally granulates of marble, porphyry, granite and semi-precious stones of small and medium size, with an irregular or rounded shape.
Economical and with low environmental impact
The flooring made with the products Villa Fine Floor is 100% recyclable, it is not classified as special waste and does not release polluting substances in the context in which it is inserted throughout its life cycle.
Furthermore, the combined use of local aggregates reduces transport costs and the consequent release of emissions into the atmosphere.
The products of the VILLA Line
FINE FORMULA is an eco-friendly binder for creating architectural concrete or washed gravel floors. It is an environmentally friendly binder mixture based on hydraulic limes and inorganic oxides, specific for the creation of architectural flooring in eco-concrete with the “washed gravel” technique.
END PERFORMER is a specific product for the creation of architectural concrete or gravel floors washed using traditional binders. It is an additional powdered compound with high fillerizing power, designed for improvement of rheological characteristics of the mixture in the fresh state and to the improvement of the mechanical performance of the architectural concrete or washed gravel prepared with traditional binders.
Products
Action liquid deactivator with modulable action, ready to use, specific for the creation of concrete with a fine aesthetic, architectural effect, with exposed aggregates, in relief ("exposed gravel" effect concretes). The specific formulation allows to obtain homogeneous surfaces, easily washable approximately 20 hours after pouring the concrete.
Seasoning adjuvant in water dispersion, specific for surface treatment seasoning and anti-evaporation of architectural flooring.
