Creation of eco-friendly natural flooring in stabilized granular mix Quintino Park – Bergamo.
This wonderful park, named after Battista Scalvinello known as the "Quintino" farmer (XNUMXth century), is part of an extremely healthy environmental context and has been recently redeveloped with the resurfacing of the paths, making them accessible to all, with the Terra Solida stabilized earth system. The satisfaction of the municipal administration and the citizens is yet another reward for us, yet another recognition of our activities.
Description of the project
The paths were created with native granular mixes bound with 100% eco-friendly stabiliser, achieving chromatic tones fully compatible with the territorial structure.
The design requirements for the creation of the routes were mainly:
- eco-friendliness of all the materials used;
- colors and textures entirely in accordance with the lithology of the site;
- mechanical characteristics such as to guarantee long durability of the routes;
- high permeability such as to guarantee the total infiltration of rainwater, allowing full usability, due to the absence of water stagnation on the surface, in every season
